versatile, great price Feb 04, 2010 it provides the ability to change small measures in frequency, instead of larger ones that produces unwanted sound coloration. great price-almost the same price as 10 and 12 band equalizers.
good value equalizer Jan 23, 2010 It's an entry-level equalizer that sounds good and doesn't break the bank. If it's in your budget, buy it.

It does everything very well Feb 09, 2008 I have owned one of these for many years. So many that maybe I have the type 1 - I am unable to look now to be sure. I use it to tweek the response of an outdoor stereo array of speakers I use to reproduce organ music for our Lake Association. I have never had a problem with it of any kind. I am redesigning my system now, but the dbx will still be a key part of it.
